CdO Bloggers' 13th Year Anniversary Celebration

At 7pm tonight we celebrated our blogging organization's 13 year anniversary.
We had fun. There were games and prizes and surprises.
It was nice to see each other even virtually.
And what's a celebration without food? I have Dodo's Binangkal all the way from Purok 1, Indulang Talakag Bukidnon and whole chicken inasal from Timya's Lechon Manok. Of course, what's a celebration without ice cream? We have Cornetto Chocolate Ice Cream from Aguilar store.
Because it was a virtual celebration, each of us bought food from loval businesses to help promote and encourage people to buy from them.
This is part of the Support Local project of the group.

I enjoyed the night and received P 500 from one of the raffles, Thanks to our sponsor, Geiser Maclang. Muji Home also gave away 3 gift vouchers of P 500 each. I would have loved a classy Nordic Christmas with Muji Home Nordic Christmas decors, but I wasn't fortunate to win one of the GCs.

It was nice celebrating and remembering how our group started and now have grown.

Thank you CdO Bloggers and congratulations... 13 is a good number.

Our Dogs

We have four dogs now. Three puppies and one 9 year-old. The two puppiew are at home while these two are here with me in our farm. Not fully developed but we're getting there.

Here we have a fishpond, Dragon fruits, some vegetables and flowering plants, as well  as fruit trees like Jackfruit, Marang, Santol and many others. We also have Rabbits and Turkey that I am personally taking care of.

Whenever I go to feed the Turkeys, I take the dogs with me because there are snakes everywhere, the farm had been their territory eversince. Our dogs have become my best guard and weapon, so to speak. At night they are by my door guarding me as I sleep.

Now about our dogs. Mishka is my brother's dog so when he left for New Zealand, she stayed with my parents and the whole family loves her. The two puppies at home are from my baby brother's friend. He asked for one but I asked if I could have one too. My companion here supposedly. So he was given two. (I will edit this post when I have a pic of the two)

Dodgie was a stray along with his siblings. They were abandoned, abused and rescued by my cousin and her boyfriend. I adopted Dodgie when the puppies from my baby brother's friend didn't arrive yet. He was at first aloof and then later on got clingy. Sweet dog. Here in the farm he and Mishka gets along well. Although sometimes during play, they both have a tendency to hurt each other.

I am sometimes frustrated with these two because they are sometimes mischievous and hard headed, but often I am glad they are here with me.

Thank you Universe

Defensil Isopropyl Alcohol encourages Filipinos to live safe with many establishments slowly re-opening and allowing people to resume their pre-pandemic lifestyles.

Syempre may pangamba parin kahit papano kaya dala nalang tayo ng Defensil Isopropyl Alcohol palagi. I have been staying away since namamalagi ako dito sa farm, but everytime umuuwi kami, baon ko palagi Defensil.

With the nationwide vaccination program in full force, Filipinos can slowly enjoy various activities such as more dining options as well as doing physical activities by going to the gym. However, health experts continue to remind everyone to not let their guards down even as we gradually go back to normal.

As there are reports of new and potentially more contagious variants, everyone must remain vigilant through following established health protocols and getting vaccinated so we can all continue to live safe and prevent the cases from surging again.

That’s why when we do essential errands such as buying groceries, exercising outdoors, or simply going outside, disinfecting your hands and any surface you interact with goes a long way to ensure living safely for you and your family.

One way to prevent the spread of the virus is by always carrying a trusted rubbing alcohol brand that contains at least 70& alcohol solution whenever you go outdoors.

Of course, don't forget to wear mask, faceshield and do the proper hand washing every so often, kahit nasa labas. Di bale na sabihan ka o tawaging "Banyo Queen" or "Banyo King"  basta naka hugas ng kamay.  At magalcohol syempre.

Defensil 70% Solution Isopropyl Alcohol, the alcohol recommended by the Philippine Society for Microbiology (PSM), can kill 99.9% of common germs and bacteria starts to kill them on contact so that you can safely do the activities you love wherever you are. Defensil also provides up to 12 hours of protection upon constant use so that you are protected and do activities with ease.

Don't worry, Defensil won't dry your skin. Kaya para sakin, Defensil pipiliin ko talaga.

Skin dryness from too frequent sanitizing will also not be a worry as Defensil has moisturizing properties and is hypoallergenic, giving you one less thing to worry about when going indoors.

"We are 100% behind the government in their efforts to prevent further spread of the virus. Defensil encourages everyone to remain vigilant now more than ever and do our part in this fight towards eventually resuming our normal way of life by adhering to social Distancing and sanitation protocols, especially when doing essential errands outdoors," shared Nikko Cruz, Brand Manager of Defensil Isopropyl Alcohol.

For more information on how to stay protected, you may visit the Defensil Isopropyl Alcohol’s Facebook page at facebook.com/defensil.philippines.

Defensil 70% Isopropyl Alcohol was tested against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli or E. coli and Candida albicans.
